PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE VIRTUOKIDZ VIDEO STREAMING APP ("APPLICATION"). BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR USING THE APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the VirtuoKidz application solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this EULA.

2. Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.

Use the app for any unlawful or harmful purpose.

Access the app’s services in a way that violates our usage policies, security, or other users’ rights.

3. Content and Usage
All content (videos, audio, text, graphics, etc.) in the app is owned by VirtuoKidz or its licensors and protected by copyright.

You may not record, redistribute, or reproduce any part of the content.

Any user-generated content uploaded by users remains the property of its creator, but by uploading it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, and display it on the platform.

4. Parental Controls
VirtuoKidz offers parental control features to restrict access to certain content. You are responsible for enabling and managing these features to suit your child’s needs.

5. Privacy
Your use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use personal data.

6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for any violation of this agreement or applicable laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR CONTINUOUSLY AVAILABLE.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VirtuoKidz and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws  without regard to its conflict of law principles.
