Virtuokidz Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy

At Virtuokidz, we are deeply committed to protecting children and ensuring that our platform remains a safe space for all users. We have implemented strict standards and procedures to prevent and address any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Below, we outline our policies and practices related to CSAE.

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

Virtuokidz has a zero-tolerance stance on child sexual abuse and exploitation. Any content, behavior, or activity that exploits or sexualizes minors is strictly prohibited on our platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sharing, soliciting, or possessing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
  • Grooming, sextortion, or any form of predatory behavior targeting minors.
  • Advertising or facilitating sexual contact with minors.

We reserve the right to take immediate and decisive action against users or content violating this policy.

2. Prohibited Behaviors

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Uploading or sharing illegal content: Any material depicting child sexual abuse.
  • Predatory behavior: Grooming, sextortion, or attempts to exploit minors.
  • Trafficking: Promoting, facilitating, or engaging in human trafficking activities involving minors.
  • Sexualization of minors: Including but not limited to suggestive comments, images, or videos.

Users engaging in these activities will be permanently banned and reported to relevant authorities.

3. Reporting Mechanisms

We encourage users to report any CSAE-related content or behavior immediately. Reports can be submitted via:

  • In-app Reporting Tools: Each video or interaction screen includes a "Report" button for quick submission.
  • Email Support: Contact us at support@virtuokidz.com with the subject line "CSAE Report."

Reports are confidential and reviewed promptly by our safety team.

4. Response Process

Upon receiving a CSAE-related report, Virtuokidz will:

  • Review and verify the reported content or behavior.
  • Remove the offending content from the platform immediately, if applicable.
  • Suspend or terminate the offending user's account.
  • Report confirmed cases to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or local law enforcement authorities.

All reports and actions are documented for compliance and investigation purposes.
